Company SFM Group was established in Slovakia in 1999. Its main scope of activity was marketing coordination of WIOF funds which have been registered for public offer in Slovakia since 2000. Based on the outsourcing contracts the company administered investment contracts and also provided services of sub-transfer agent for the Luxembourg funds WIOF.
In 2008 the legal form was changed to joint-stock company with increasing registered capital to SKK 45 mil. (EUR 1,49 mil.) The company also obtained the license of securities broker based on which it provides their own investment products at present.
